Why it is important to invest in the business, trade and market of commodities?

There are two things in which investors always invest, and these are commodities and property.

As owner and shareholder of an Agricultural business and a business which trades commodities I have decided to make a website to inform investors about why it is good to invest in commodities and how to trade commodities. Why should we Invest in businesses which work in the commodities markets and also businesses in the construction market and property.


Most commodities are raw materials, basic resources, agricultural, or mining products, such as iron ore, sugar, or grains like rice and wheat.Commodities are divided in three categories:

Soft commodities are goods that are grown, such as wheat, soya beans or rice.


Hard commodities are mined. Examples include gold, helium, and oil.


Energy commodities include electricity, gas, coal and oil. Electricity has the particular characteristic that it is usually uneconomical to store, and must therefore be consumed as soon as it is processed.

L'elevata standardizzazione che caratterizza una commodity ne consente l'agevole negoziazione sui mercati internazionali.

Grain warehouses where commodities are stored. If the grain warehouses are not owned by the farmers and the farmers need to sell their production to other Grain warehouses, this gives farmers an easy way to quickly get cash for their crops, lest they rot in the field waiting on a sale or transport to a faraway market. The ability to store huge amounts of grain also gives the warehouse owner the flexibility to time his own sales to maximize the spread between what he paid farmers and what he could get from distant food processors or exporters.

Real estate investing involves the purchase, management and sale or rental of real estate for profit. Someone who actively or passively invests in real estate is called a real estate entrepreneur or a real estate investor. Some investors actively develop, improve or renovate properties to make more money from them by doing  Home Staging projects and Interior Architecture projects of the properties which is what I do, my profession is to make the home staging and Interior Architecture of properties for sale and rental.
Real estate is divided into several broad categories, including residential property, commercial property and industrial property.
Investment properties are often purchased from a variety of sources, including market listings, real estate agents or brokers, banks, government entities , public auctions, sales by owners, and real estate investment trusts.
Commercial properties are considered one of the best types of real estate investments because of their potential for higher cash flow. If you decide to invest in a commercial property, you could enjoy these attractive benefits: Higher-income potential. Longer leases.
Commercial properties, such as office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial warehouses, often have higher rental incomes and longer lease terms, leading to potentially higher profit margins.
Real estate properties may generate revenue through a number of means, including net operating income, tax shelter offsets, equity build-up, and capital appreciation. Net operating income is the sum of all profits from rents and other sources of ordinary income generated by a property, minus the sum of ongoing expenses, such as maintenance, utilities, fees, taxes, and other expenses. Rent is one of the main sources of revenue in commercial real estate investment. Tenants pay an agreed upon sum to landlords in exchange for the use of real property, and may also pay a portion of upkeep or operating expenses on the property.
Home staging is the preparation of a private residence for sale in the real estate marketplace. The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money. Staging techniques focus on improving a property's appeal by insuring it is a welcoming, attractive product that any buyer can see themself living in and, thus, desire to purchase.
Staging  is not just decorating. Return on investment is the purpose of staging.
As for simple decorating to stage, people often use art, painting, accessories, lights, greenery, and carpet to stage the home, to give potential buyers a more attractive first impression of the property.They also rearrange or "temporarily replace" furniture. Properly executed staging leads the eye to attractive features, while down-playing flaws. Different areas and rooms of a home can have varying levels of impact when convincing potential homebuyers, and therefore some rooms can be considered more important than others when it comes to staging.

What is a commodity?
A commodity is any useful or valuable thing,
especially something that is bought and sold.

Grains, vegetables, and precious metals are commodities. In fact many Farmers usually follow the commodities' markets, where the future value of crops they grow are traded,meticulously, as the prices of these commodities usually fluctuate.Farmers always try to sell their commodities at the best possible price.

Why it is good for us to invest in properties?

Real estate is property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals or water.

In markets where land and building prices are rising, real estate is often purchased as an investment, whether or not the owner intends to use the property. Often investment properties are rented out, but "flipping" involves quickly reselling a property, sometimes taking advantage of arbitrage or quickly rising value, and sometimes after repairs are made that substantially raise the value of the property.
